I can not play Zoo Tycoon with friends

Hello there,

(Sorry, for my english, it is not so good, I know)

My problem is, that when my Friend and I want play Zoo Tycoon together, it allways says, that the settings of connection is bad. It say also, that I has to check this settings. But I dont know were... I can play with my friend with out problems over Steam
and other tools, but in Zoo Tycoon, we can not play together...

Please, can somebody help me and can tell my, where I can check the settings and can tell my whats the right setting?

On my computer, with the newest Zoo Tycoon that came out on Halloween day, how do I add friends? So I can have help in my zoo. Thank you!

 

Which game or games are you waiting for to come out for the Xbox One?

^^this minus zoo tycoon and golf. Probably get ghost so I can play with brother-in-law. Not sure about BF4

could you post your current NAT type and a photo of your detailed network stats from the console settings > Network screen?

I have look to this steps, but my problem is my english... And there is one more information: we play it on computer not at a console, so I have to read out, which setting is for console and which for computer.

I want say thank you for your anwers I check it, but I need a little more time

If you are on PC you would want to open the Windows 10 Xbox app and send us the info under settings > Network!
