I can not play xboxone FALLOUT 4 even once.

please support.

I purchased the download version of FALLOUT 4, but I can not play it once.

Always freeze on the title screen and return to the XBOX menu.

I have XBOXONEX, but I have never frozen with software other than FALLOUT 4.

I downloaded it again and again, but the result is the same.

So how do you feel that XBOXONEX is not a problem?

It is very disappointing.

I was wondering : Several months ago i played fallout 4 on my roommate's console. Now that i have mine, if i play Fallout 4 again, will I be able to recover my saves?

Other thing, if I buy the new Fallout 4 GOTY edition, can i play my save even though it was on the base game?

This is the only thing that will get this symptom.

I played it offline when I started the software.

But when you go back online it will freeze.
