    yes I know there is a sever alert. Does not change the fact that they had months and a open beta to make sure this didn’t happen. They have the money and resources to have this problem fixed by know. So I will say it again they sold me a broken game

    I can not play call of duty wwll, game date

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Hi, you can also navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button - from there scroll down to saved data and select to delete all saved data - Your saved data will be synced from the cloud once you open it again

    Do a power cicle on your Xbox, you have to press and hold power button for 10 seconds and 2 minutes
