I can not login on console Xbox

Hello Jarosław, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

We would need to have some more information before we could properly help. Can you let us know what happens when you try to log in? Include any error codes or messages.

In the meantime though try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there.

When the internet is back up and running you can try again.
