Is this happening on your Xbox console? Are you still able to log in online on the Xbox website without issues?

If this is on your Xbox console, try resetting your router and see if that helps. If not, you can do this reset:

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Are you sure that the router does require a WEP key instead of a WPA2 or other alternate password? If you're trying to log onto a WPA2 protected network by entering a WEP key it does this at times. This can be changed in Network Settings on the home screen.

Aye in the XB1 settings you can change the log in methods and switch it so it will not log you in automatically, then at the top of the screen you can log in manually while setting it to remember passwords or not.
