    I can not load into game servers.


    Yesterday I was on contact with Xbox support and the problem was solved but only for apps. I have the same problem with games. The issue is I can not load into the servers of games. I am able to load into the game but not abolle to load into the server.

    I'm Tim, an Independent Consultant here and an Xbox user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.

    Do you receive any error messages? I presume this is when trying to access multiplayer games?

    Can you recall what Xbox support carried out to rectify the issue with the App issue?

    Feel free to upload any screenshots to assist your explanation.

    Why?

    It is loading war asset data which requires access to the EA servers. If the servers are down or having issues the loads can take a while.

    Sometimes the servers you are downloading the game from can limit the down load speed .

    for few minutes. XboxOne BTW. Fired it up and game loaded but no servers I can join WTF!?!

    Sometimes it could also be down to the load on the servers. If there is a lot of people downloading games, then it can be the cause for slow downloads.
