I can not install the game pass games!

• Do you have Game Pass for PC, Game Pass for Console or Game Pass Ultimate subscription?
• What error message or code are you receiving when you try to install Forza Horizon 4? Does this happen with any other games?
• Is this happening on an Xbox One or on a PC?

Did you try download the game again or did you did not buy the game pass. If you buy xbox game pas ever month or 30 days than it should allow you play it.

I think game pass can only be used on the account that brought it, however games that are installed off the game pass can be played on other accounts.

You can also check the store as a lot of the games that go to game pass will show the install button on the game for game pass. I have done this for a couple of games I googled for game pass.

I have reset the computer and still I can't access game pass. I can install other games via the xbox box app but when I try to install an xbox game pass game it gives me no drives.
