    I can not install most of the games


    Hallo,

    I bought the Gamepass and can't install
    most of the games, I talked a lot with the support but they were unable to help
    me.

    Games I can't install: Gears 5,
    Medium, Halo, Control

    Games I can install: Sea of thieves, Ori,
    New Super Lucky's Tale, ReCore

    I tried a lot, updated everything, Win 10 repair,
    reinstalled the Xbox App and Gaming Services. Nothing helped I’m extremely
    frustrated.

    I think the
    problem lies with one of the two Services called “Gaming Services”. One can’t
    be started and brings the error 31 “A device connected to the system does not
    work.“. But I have no idea which device is meant.

    Did you click cancel install? You have to do this before trying to install offline, pausing the install will not work

    I'd suggest doing the above, but also make sure you're not connected to Xbox Live. Also, I had to do a factory reset before I got it to work but good now. Only can play offline though, if I connect to Xbox Live I get constant crashes.

    Try this guide:

    1. From the Home Screen, go to My Games and Apps.
    2. Highlight the game you are installing and press Menu on Xbox controller.
    3. Select Cancel Download.
    4. Eject the disc, and restart your Xbox.
    5. Insert the game disc and go to My Games and Apps.
    6. Highlight the game and press Menu
    7. Select Install Game
