    I can not install minecraft Bedrock from the launcher or xbox app


    it is impossible for me to install this game I have tried every thing on the launcher i click the install button and wait a while and then the play button is just greyed out i use the xbox app and it gives me the error 0x00000001 ****

    yes my windows store and launcher and xbox accnts are the same

    its just unbeliveable you pay for a product and 1 update breaks the game and i cant even play it been trying to fix sense this junk update came out and still cant find a soulution i dont even know if you guys can come up with one or not i aint got no idea on how to fix it I EVEN FACTORY RESET MY PC TO A BLANK WINDOWS 10 AND IT STILL DOSENT WORK. Ive looked this issue over so many times i cant even count it on my hands and feet to no avail. its only bedrock editon too just got busted i dont know how but it is.

    Thank you for the information. Are you trying to install the Minecraft Java Edition or the Minecraft Bedrock Edition?

    If you're trying to install the Bedrock Edition, try to install the game itself without using the Launcher. Simply search Minecraft for Windows on Xbox app or Microsoft Store.

    You could as well try to install the Launcher from the web here https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

    Hi Ryan!

    Are you using a Minecraft Launcher downloaded from the Microsoft Store?

    Our other option here is to uninstall your Minecraft Bedrock Edition and install it directly from the Microsoft Store or Xbox app.

    Install the Minecraft launcher from the Microsoft/Xbox app, then select Minecraft bedrock edition, you will be able to access the game now that you have the account that made the purchase logged in the Microsoft store app

    The launcher it's free if you don't have it select get on the Microsoft store app to add it to your account
