    my Xbox Live rewards show me the message, that i cant receive Payments and i have to check my informations. I checked my Informations and they are correct.

    Hello, weegrim18. It sounds like you may have been misinformed by whichever support you talked to first. I can confirm that these community members are correct- there are very limited circumstances in which an account will qualify for that GT change. In
    the circumstances you have described, I'm afraid the account would not qualify.

    The good news I can give you though, is that all GT changed cost only 800 MPS. You can check out
    Xbox Rewards and
    Bing Rewards
    to get free points if you are unable to purchase the 800 points for the GT change.

    In regards to the error message, it suggests that your payment card billing information and your Microsoft account billing address information are not matched. Possibly due to outdated information or changes in the billing address.

    Since you have confirmed that the information on your payment card is correct, you can also verify if the billing information on your Microsoft account is updated by signing on to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > address book.

    If the payment card and account billing information are matched yet the issue remains, I highly recommend you reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:
