i can not get my minecraft profile to work

Can you please provide more information? What seems to be the issue with your profile? On what platform do you play Minecraft? If you are getting any error message, please provide it in here.

Will this work because I can't even play Minecraft if I sign into another person's profile. But it is only like this on this Xbox. I can sign in on my profile on any other Xbox and it will work.

I did this and yes it worked but it deleted a profile I had on it with all my accomplishments for my GTA, Minecraft ect. games , it still shows the data in my storage under unknown profile how do I get that back on my new profile??

Hey there! Hmm, that's interesting, here's some things to check for:

• Please try redownloading that second profile outside of Minecraft
• If it does not work, what error codes do you get?
• Can you start up Minecraft using the second profile and then sign in with the first?
  

I was able to get this working on my machine,

I had to login to each profile, and remove Minecraft from each one, then after it was removed from each, I was able to go back to my profile, and install it, once I did that, it had the latest version.
