I can not find any webpage to request a replacement for my 'Xbox One Wireless Controller'.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller
exchanged through our online customer support. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.

If the hardware is needing repair and within warranty, then we recommend requesting a replacement : Request an Xbox controller replacement

You can check your warranty on that same link. Simply type in your controllers serial number on the bottom of that page.

If you need to troubleshoot your controller because it's not responding or broken, see the

Standard Xbox One Wireless Controller overview. You can fix most controller issues by following the troubleshooting information on that page.

If you've tried troubleshooting your controller and can't fix the issue, you can request a warranty replacement unit at
Device Support or contact an Xbox Support agent for help.

Note If you request a replacement for an Xbox Design Lab controller under warranty, MS will provide an exact replacement of that controller.
