I can not enter my address on Microsoft Store when trying to send a device for repair.

And select it as preferred address

**As the image says, double check that address is not a PO, parcel lockers or locked bag address.

Finally give it a new try using a different browser or via incognito mode

Yes, I already registered my gamepad

I want to send it in for repair under warranty, but when I try to enter my address, I don't see Serbia in the list of countries.

And I can not find the exact information if I can do it in Serbia.

The system is automated so when a repair order is created, it would be send to the email address associated with the account that the device is registered to.

Go to this site and see if you see your device registered to your account -

You may have an option to print out the label from there.

If you don't see the repair order or device registered to your account then it may be tied to a different email address or Microsoft account.

Keeps bringing back to the Microsoft device page where it doesn’t let me get past the shipping address page. Says to enter a new address and once I do and press save, nothing happens and I have to put it back in. When I previously sent my controller it was through a link which took me straight to a form for the service and repair.
