i can not download the new minecraft

I have downloaded the bedrock version of minecraft on my PS4, but can I register two different minecraft games (my child's, and my new game) in the same Microsoft account.

sign in to the store with the old account, download minecraft and then sign out and back in with the new account, then you can play minecraft without repurchasing it.

I just got a new pc so I'm trying to download Minecraft again. It says I downloaded the Minecraft installer, but I do not have Minecraft itself installed.

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

I suggest signing out of the Xbox app and signing back in before trying the launch the game again. If that doesn't work, then signing out of the Minecraft launcher and signing back in before trying to launch the game.

Also, can you verify which version of Minecraft you are playing? Is it Java or Bedrock?

If you're playing Java, you can try downloading the alternative download from the Minecraft website here: Minecraft Alternative Downloads | Minecraft. Uninstall your current launcher before installing the new one and launching it.
