    I can not download Pentiment onto my new Win 11 box


    I bought Pentiment on preorder and played it for a bit on my Win10box. I now have a new machine with Win 11 and It no longer appears in my Library. If I use the direct link It shows up but when I try to install it the Xbox App doesn't recognise it.

    Thoughts are appreciated.

    I can't contact xbox support because the page doesn't load either

    My xbox game is listed in my orders list on my x box, but I can't find it in my library so that I can download it.

    Oh, I forgot to specify that! I bought it on the microsoft store, for my x box series x, and I want to download it onto my x box.

    Been following along. Same problem. Works on my other win 11 system, does not on my win 10 system. My problem is in Minecraft Launcher, Microsoft Login. TRies and then I get a red box upper right side of screen with 0x80070520.

    Worked for a week after I bought a Realm. Then 3 days ago, this all happened.

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I'm running win 11, it's been happening for the last few weeks but I don't remember an update happening before.

    In my troubleshooting I have just updated to the latest win build 22H2 but it didn't help. Not using a beta build.

    Tried everything in the link you sent, hasn't helped.

    I have a dual boot with win 10 and that downloads everything correctly on the same hardware so assume it's a win 11 issue.
