    I can not download games remotely on my xbox one


    The console is well configured but it does not appear when I want to download a game from the web in my work. My PC appears and I can download games remotely but in my xbox does not. I don´t know why.. please help me.

    For this to work, you will need to have the instant on power mode activated and your console set to auto update games and apps. If you have done this and the problem persists, try a power cycle on your xbox to refresh.

    The console is set auto update and instant on power mode activated. Also.. allow remote installations is activated. I will try a power cycle when I get home. Thanks
