I can not connect to internet via LAN cable on my Xbox Series S

There may be an issue with your internet connection. If you're using WiFi, I advise trying a LAN cable connection instead if possible. If the issue persists over LAN, or you can not use a LAN cable, you could test a different WiFi network such as a mobile hotspot to help diagnose this issue. If your PC does not have WiFi, most phones support hotspot tethering via a USB cable.

Unfortunately you can't get around the browser authenticaion on the console, but what you can do is get a crossover cable and connect up to your laptop and share the internet via LAN.

Try to connect to the internet/xbox live with a LAN cable.

Or...

DNS1 - 8.8.8.8

DNS2 - 8.8.4.4

Port - 3074 (you might need to open this first via port forwarding / uPnP
in the router settings)

If the Xbox still doesn't connect; Hard reset it with LAN cable connected to the internet. Make sure you use the right LANport of your router.

*You can also try to connect with the WPS function

It's always possible the xbox's Wi-Fi receiver isn't functional anymore (broken)

Today I visited many workshops that I had in the city and everyone says that they didn’t have this and don’t know how to solve this problem. I came to my grandmother and connected the console to the Internet via a LAN cable, everything works there. I would like to ask, is it possible to change the network adapter on the Xbox One S consoles or not? If possible, I'll try to order an adapter and install a new one.

"some internet issues" is pretty vague but try restarting your Xbox series s and if that doesn't work forget your Wi-Fi network then re-connect to it? lastly maybe try an ethernet cable?
