I can not click on the xbox purchase option

Delete your profile from the console then add it back , it will sync all infos about it.

Are you able to purchase the item from the store through your browser, when you go to the Xbox.com website?

If so, check that you know the email from your Account, and then delete your profile from your console.

Restart the console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds, and turn it back on.

Download your profile again, and check that you can use the store normally again.

Are you trying to do the 'purchase' through the web or the console?

Even though the game is free for gold, do you have a payment option on your account as the 360 marketplace requires one unless the purchase is done on an Xbox 360.

Also, on the web, I often have to click on the option twice as the first time the website doesn't seem to have me logged in to the account. The second time I click the link in the 360 marketplace it gives me the pop-up to purchase with the cost noted as
free (as well as my payment option that won't be charged) so I can then complete the purchase.
