    Xbox fitness refund

    I received an Xbox live message saying I recieved a refund for my xbox fitness purchases but have nothing in my account.

    it also looks like I received my project spark refund but I was also not notified about that. I did make purchases in not spark and fitness. The refund i received does not equal out to what I paid for both, or even the Xbox fitness purchases.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Very strangely, when I checked the order history, it says that the order for this game has been “refunded”, but I never claimed a refund.

    Why would I even claim a refund as this game came as a bundle with the console?

    I don’t an active xbox live gold membership at the moment, but I don’t this game requires one as I had purchased it without a gold membership discount on subscription.

    Please advise how I can get my game back running.

    According to xbox live support Activision has it so weapons are only available to the primary purchasing account. Despite the purchase agreement from marketplace states Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console.

    Ive claimed my refund for the season pass just waiting for it to process. Contact xbox live support and complain about it contact Activision aswell
