I can not change my privacy and security information online..

Hello,

since a few days I bought minecraft on nintendo switch. The problem: I can not play Realms and I am asked to change my privacy and security settings on the site aka.ms/accountsettings.

It is literally impossible for me to change my information, I am normally an adult account in my family but nothing to do, I check a box, click on sent, the page is reloaded and the box is unchecked. I tried many things, left the family and do it without
family: failure, return to the family as an adult: failure.

The only strange thing is that a few days ago my account in the family was still a child and I left him and re-invited me to be an adult, indeed since June 20 last I am major.

I will try after writing this message to leave the family and join as a child and go through an adult account to change me, see if something happens.

i can not change my information on private online safety it has error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later in xbox

I follow all the steps from the helper go on link https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/security/cannot-change-my-privacy-settings but i cant fix it

Can I change my privacy settings so I can purchase stuff because I've lost all the information for my adult accounts and can't get it back is there any way for me to change the security information

 

If you can't change your privacy settings online you have a child account and only your parental account can do that for you

 

I just watched and apparently I can change everything in my account, but there is only the broadcast category which is obviously unchangeable, is it only this option that blocks?
