I can not cancel my subscription. HELP ME !!!

Hello, in my services and subscriptions tab is saying that I have an xbox live gold subscription, I want to cancel it because I hired the 12 month plan and the 12 months are ending, I do not want to have a recurring charge because I do not want to continue with the subscription . I have already followed microsoft support and in the payments and collections is not giving me the option to cancel, I wanted to know why, and a position and help from you to cancel the recurring payment and remove the information from my card

Under the Services and Subscriptions tab of your Microsoft Account ( https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ) it will show the Xbox Live Gold subscription. To the right of that you can click 'Manage' which will take you to a page with more details, such
as Method of Payment, charge history, subscription duration and renewal time. You should have the option to Cancel at the top of that. You might need to turn off Auto-Renew first directly beneath that option. If it's a pre-paid card then some of those options
will not show up or be an option, and the service will stop when the time is out, and you would not be charged. But check through those pages and options.

If that option does not appear, then at the bottom of that page are links for Microsoft Help such as:

I've already been there and it did not help. just told me to cancel the subscription. My issue is that its charged the card with the 15$ but hasn't given me another month, once it shows up (if ever) i can cancel it then but i'm pissed off that it charged
my card but didn't give me the subscription.

I need to refund it quickly so i have money for something else.
