    I can not buy xbox pass


    i am trying for 3 days to buy the xbox pass everytime it says that there is a problem on microsoft side.

    I check the service status but there is nothing wrong.

    But still i can not buy it. i send my self the pass as a gift for 3 months i get a redeem code but when i use the code its says again the same problem.

    About game pass ultimate.

    You can buy Game pass separate though. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the combination of Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass for a cheaper price. You can still buy both separately if you don't want to go to that.

    Can you please let us know the full error message you see when trying to complete the purchase? If you check on xbox.com are you able to complete the purchase for Game Pass using your account currency?

    Hey there, Bruno

    Unfortunately, the thing is, you cannot purchase Xbox Game Pass with Microsoft Account currency.

    It might be a feature in the future but as it stands right now, you can only set one up with an active debit/credit card or a paypal.

    If you do want to capitalize on the Xbox Game Pass subscription, you'd have to put in a valid payment instrument.

    Simply does not appear any error message I click on participate and aparese the processing bar and from nowhere the screen flashes and I can no longer click to participate.

    Already in the site as I am without credit card I am not able to buy because in the second stage of the purchase asks me to choose either credit card or gift card.
