Can you please let us know the full error message you see when trying to complete the purchase? If you check on xbox.com are you able to complete the purchase for Game Pass using your account currency?

Simply does not appear any error message I click on participate and aparese the processing bar and from nowhere the screen flashes and I can no longer click to participate.

Unfortunately, the thing is, you cannot purchase Xbox Game Pass with Microsoft Account currency.

It might be a feature in the future but as it stands right now, you can only set one up with an active debit/credit card or a paypal.

If you do want to capitalize on the Xbox Game Pass subscription, you'd have to put in a valid payment instrument.
