I can not buy anything

Some days I've been trying to buy the xbox game pass but I can not get it in my xbox. it does not show any error message simply when I select the option to buy it and I can no longer select the purchase option. and this is not only with the game pass all
the items in the catalog in my xbox device are like this. and as I am without credit card I am not able to buy on the site because they ask for payment method for the next month. only the games that I can buy on the site

Purchasingerrors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase.

After that try Purchasing on both xbox console and via xbox.com

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

 

Can NOT buy anything

Everytime I try to buy anything it says that they cant authorize my transaction or to find a new way to pay please respond I need help

Please try
removing profile ,
power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back into your account. Any luck there when you try signing back in?
