Good evening, everyone, I'm here because I want to buy the Game "Castlevania Symphony of the Night xbox 360" but when I enter the store page it is the option "see the price" and when I access the message: Ooops!
What happened to this page?

How can I proceed? My account is Brazilian. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

some games are unfortunately not available in all regions, this is usually the choice of the developers/creators/publishers of the game.

If a game isn't available in a region then I'm agraid you can't really do anything other then accept the situation.

It's best to make sure that you use the correct region in the bottom left corner of the marketplace website (and on the account) to see all content that is available in Russia.

Trying to purchase/use content from other regions isn't supported and can result in all kinds of issues etc.

You are not region locked your address is not the same as your purchasing information?
