I can not access my microsoft acc help!!

Hi I do not know if this is where I am supposed to post but I have been trying to get into my account for the last couple of months filling out forums and talking with support but have not been able to get into my microsoft account this all started a few months back when I logged into my acc for the first time in years I signed in and everything was fine I played for a few minutes and got off now a day or 2 later I sign back in only to be asked to prove my ownership of the acc thats fine right but it wasnt I was given the option of either the verification email address or to fill out forums I no longer have access to my verification email so I chose to fill out forums I filled every line out and filled them out with ACCURATE information but everytime I filled it out I was told I didnt provide enough information to prove my ownership and the reason I know its accurate info is because I got help from support and even they said that everything was correct and accurate and they didnt even know why it wasnt letting me in so I started filling out the forums for the next few months twice everyday but nothing has changed I am unable to log into my account and no one knows why I have already proved my ownership with support, I know my email, password, credit card info, gamertag, names, streets, and even the console id of where I signed into my account from, I know everything about my profile even when it was created. The email I used to create my Xbox acc was a aol email domain and since aol updated and has a new rule of not logging into your email for more then 2 years will result in a deletion of your email as it isnt being used so I no longer have access to that either that is also why I been trying to get into my acc is so that I can move my xbox acc over to my gmail. Please help me I have had my account for 10 years and though I didnt sign into it for years I love playing videogames and that was because I was to busy with school but now that Ive graduated and have a job now Id like to come home to enjoy some videogames and relax please help me I'll stay logged in so I can respond immediately and so we can get this figured out I refuse to create another xbox acc. again please help me and thank you

I have been told this already and I am unable to log into my microsoft account because I cannot verify ownership so therefore I cannot change/ replace my old email with my new email. You guys changed your policies and rules and I am no longer able to do much of anything other than continue to fill out forums until your systems tell me that I have proved ownership even though I already proved it was mine once before. I am not entirely blaming you microsoft or the security team because I am at fault to for forgetting my verification email but you guys are waaay to overprotective but believe me I can appreciate it

I need help from you guys especially the security team since its on your side. I have contacted support thousands of times and have almost every single case number since this started and that was maybe 3 or 4 months ago Ive called atleast a little over a hundred times and have filled out the forums almost everyday twice a day since then. Each person Ive spoken with from support has told me the exact same thing and has no clue why I am being denied entry when I have proven my ownership a thousand times over. They just tell me to just keep filling out forums because maybe just maybe one day I can get in. I need your guys help. I have no problem giving out EVERY SINGLE case number, credit card info, names, places, consoles ids of all the xboxs I signed into, anything and everything. IT IS MY ACCOUNT!! please help me and please dont tell me to fill out forums like every single person does that Ive spoken to over support. I am not being mean or trying to sound like a dbag its just Ive spent countless hours for th past 4 months trying to get my account back only to keep being told the same exact thing only to be denied each time even though AGAIN I give accurate information. Im just fed up with it and I just hope that someone can help me. And it makes no sense if it wasnt my account why would I go through this much trouble to get it back? I have had the account since I was 12 now 23 Ive never had any problems up until you guys changed your policies and rules, never gotten a notification, never had to change a thing. Please help me!! I do not want to lose my account over some silly reason that has nothing to do with me but you guys.

Edit: I understand its my responsibility to keep my info updated but I never thought of that until it was to late because I was to busy focused on schooling and supporting my family life comes first and video games are just a hobby all I need is a few seconds into my xbox account to change my email and its good

sorry, but unfortunately there is no way to recover an account in cases like this

Can I not get any help for this? I am not the only one who is having these problems Ive read on reddit that a group of ppl are having the exact same problem and on other social websites as well. I have lost 2 profiles now to this verification **** I just created another one and was immediately the next day having to prove ownership... now this is where I know its your guys problem its on your side I created a new account even though I didnt want to but I did I created it and entered all updated information but was asked to prove ownership the next day I fill out the forums with ACCURATE info that I use for my domain and was told that I didnt provide enough information??? I just lost another account... Why cant you guys help? its clearly your side I can send in screenshots, case numbers, etc but no one will help and if they do its the same BS I am told to fill out forums... Support is useless... They have no idea what is going on either... I have called over a hundred times and fill out hundreds of forums for my main account and now plus some for my new profile I am not lying I can screenshot EVERY SINGLE CALL, CASE NUMBER AND FORUMS FILLED OUT matter fact you guys can see all that on your side and I know because I gentlemen I talked with on Support said so and another person I wont disclose names so no one gets in trouble Why cant you guys help me? I know you can especially the security team. Im sorry but its just ridiculous I have been with you Microsoft for over 10 years now since the OGXbox Halo2 days and since I was a child you guys helped me with life and its hardest moments but I have lost 2 accounts now due to your new update and policies and you guys wont help me unfortunately I am going to have to sell my xbox if no one helps me Please I beg of you to help

there is text in a Microsoft thread that it talks about "Alias" that are no longer used as in your case, like @Live, and it is commented that it cannot be retrieved at a future time.

"Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time."
