    I can not access my captures in my xbox live

    I report that on this last Sunday it was practically impossible to access my video and image captures in my xbox account. This problem is recurrent, I had to delete almost all my catches, and even then I can not access the ones that still remain in my account.
    Is there any data congestion in xbox live? Can you help me with this question? Can you correct this problem? Thank you.

    Xbox Captures in the app

    I have many captures recorded onto my account (not this account) however when I am inside the Xbox app, under the captures tab it says “You have not recorded any game clips yet. You should try it. It is fun.”

    I would like to access my captures on the app so I can show my friends.

    All my captures are gone!

    So I saved all of my captures to an app called Upload Studio, And now there all gone! But I can access them from within the Upload Studio. But can I get those captures back too my capture screen? And how?

    why is it near impossible to get my Xbox console captures over to my Windows 11 PC?

    im well aware on how to make a capture on my PC and access it from my PC, im also well aware on how to take a capture on my Xbox and access it on my Xbox

    but my problem lies in the fact that i cannot access my Xbox Captures from my Windows 11 PC in basically anyway that doesn't already defeat the purpose of having a Capture system in the first place

    i need a way to transfer between the two devices since the Console Companion App doesn't exist anymore

    You need to use the Xbox Companion App or the Xbox App (mobile) to access your captures.

    Optionally you can use the Windows + G shortcut > Capture > See all my captures.

    You can find any captures done locally on that PC that are not sync to the Xbox Network.
