    the cache of the console, all my settings are good and I reset my internet box.

    Microsoft Games App not working on Windows 8.1

    I have windows 8.1 installed on my P.C. The Games App no longer appears in my Windows Apps and when I try to install it back onto my PC I get a message "Sorry, this item has been removed and is no longer available for purchase from the Windows Store." The
    only references I can find are Xbox on Windows 10. Does this mean it is no longer available for Windows 8 users? There is nothing else on the Apps store to suggest this App is obsolete.

    Xbox games not working

    All Xbox Microsoft games except the Xbox Live games: Sudoku, Jigsaw, Mahjong, Minesweeper, and Jackpot. There is no "Report a problem" from within the Xbox app after reproducing this issue. Of course I may not be understanding what you're asking me to do.
    I can no longer sign on to any of the "plain" Xbox games. I can sign on to the Xbox app and see my profile, etc

    I cant download Xbox identity provider from the microsoft store.

    Oh, that could be why, Francis. I am afraid pirated games will not run on the Xbox app but if you own a game pass, you can reinstall it from the store to play it. The games on the Xbox app will still run for as long as you have gaming services. If you can no longer install the Xbox identity provider, it is best to get the original copy instead or get a game pass to play it.

    Hi Samy,

    I'm logged in correctly to the Xbox Console Companion. I can actually launch my games from there and play games as expected. However, when I launch the Xbox App from the Xbox Console Companion I am still not logged in to the Xbox App and cannot install new games or play games from the Xbox App.

    But usually when I pre order game it shows up in my apps and games as owned and I can download the pre order on my Xbox but it's not showing up in my Xbox on apps and games but maybe I have to wait longer
