    I can no longer play my digital games it says I need to purchase the game but when I go to...


    I can log on to my Xbox account on my console Xbox one and start to load my game,Call of duty cold war, but after a while it just says I don't own the game, if I go to purchase game it says I own it so I go back and it just redirects me to purchase game again and again.....other games do the same, I have tried to contact Microsoft, and I've chat with the online support but it's very frustrating and it keeps taking me back to things I've already tried with them previously. I have requested a call back a number of times but no joy. Please help lol

    I understand you need help with your game now working.

    This could be due to some contents that are not yet installed with the game most especially the content packs from 1 - 4.

    Try checking this out.

    On your Xbox, Please go to Games and Apps.

    Look for Call Of Duty and highlight it.

    Once highlighted, go to Manage Games and Add ons. Check if all content packs are already install and if not, please make sure to install them.

    Try the game again after that.

    No, I purchased the edition. Played the game up to the snake in the temple. I had the edition that came with the giants quest thing and the digital art book. The game itself is no longer in my owned games section. Like I never played it or downloaded it. I go to store and I have to purchase the game again.

    What did the other comments say? The error comes up when the acct that can play the game no longer exists on the console if its digital or the disc needs to be inserted
