Discus and support I can no longer play DVDs via blu Ray player I get the error message 0x91d7000a in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've tried the tips online but I still can't play DVDs on Xbox one ?     I can no longer play DVDs via blu Ray player I get the error message 0x91d7000a


    I've tried the tips online but I still can't play DVDs on Xbox one ? Any ideas

    blu-ray player error code

    i recently bought an xbox1 slim,whenever i put in a blu ray disc i get the following error code:

    ' 0x91d7000a ."Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input"0x91d7000a '

    i tried a reboot as suggested by xbox support and another hdmi input.neither worked

    despite the error the blu-ray proceeds to play after the message dissappears,it just annoys me that the message appears everytime .'

    I can't download the blu ray app. I can get into the store it always says error

    Yeah something is disturbing my connection where I can't Download the Blu Ray app. So I can't play DVD Blu Ray movies and I cant get into the Xbox store. Nothing but error message. Can anybody help?

    DVD playback quality is still atrocious.

    No I would expect a blu ray player to play DVDs as good as a standalone DVD player. Blu Ray players don't magically improve DVDs. The problem would appear to be that the One blu Ray player doesn't perform well when playing DVDs in comparison to other
    Blu Ray players.

    dvd disks will not play.

    same here, games and blu-rays work fine. blu-ray app is installed. DVD disc will not play I get an error message. I just bought a brand new DVD and still will not work.

    DVD won't play on Xbox One

    I'm also seeing the same problem. Blu-Rays and other DVDs play fine but the LotR DVDs show a black screen and then a "Blu Ray player failed to start" error message. No error code was displayed. I powered the X Box 1 off and back on and no change. The
    box went through an update earlier today so it should have the latest software.
