I can hear me teammates in Fortnite but I can’t be heard why?

Hello, my son can hear his friends but they can't hear him. I tried everything to fix this problem. Can I get some help?

Please, run the audio setup tool.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.

Select the Audio setup option under Advanced.

Highlight the audio setup option you wish to use and then press the A button to begin the audio test.

Your friend nor you can fix it. It is not a feature. The only way to do it would be to buy a external capture card.
