Discus and support I can download games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Please help :( I can't download from xbox live marketplace.     Please help I can download games :(

    I can't download from xbox live marketplace.

    The download will go to 80% and "can't download GAME NAME" error message

    I already deleted system cache, formatted HDD, deleted profile and downloading again, etc.

    I cannot download it what was found already. I can download games :(

    I tried everything what I read on the forums.

    Hey there Ben! Regardless of what platform it's for, if you no longer have your physical copy to play, you can't install and play it. I'm sorry, but you'll need to get another copy from the store. I hope this helps, thanks!

    Hi there,

    does your physical location (country) match the country on your account?

    If not then the cause is that the game you are downloading isn't available your physical location and that's why it stops downloading. Some games are regionally locked so they can't be downloaded in a different region.

    You should be able to check your account region here:
    live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

    Did you scratch the entire scratch area on the card? The Sunset Overdrive bundle has two download codes on the same card. One for the full game and one for the DLC.

    I have exactly the same issue!

    Also Xbox bundle with sunset overdrive. The code worked fine it was successful but the game is not listed anywhere.

    So frustrating!
