    I can download games but i can’t download apps please help!!


    Okay so i have a xbox one s and i haven’t turned it on in a few years, at least until today. I turned it on and updated it and everything was fine, until i tried installing netflix. Before this, i installed a few games, but for some reason installing apps like netflix and youtube don’t work and when i try to install it just says “installing… 0.0%” and despite me leaving it for hours, it still is on 0% please help me! I can download games but i can’t download apps please help!! :(

    Some wierd things happening with gamepass for pc beta, error codes and missing installed games.

    I’m no help because I can’t get game pass to download the app at all and yes I’ve done all recommended steps.

    Why do my downloads cancel when I close the "Download Details" screen?

    Hey there Gamer! All downloads are paused when you're in a game or app. For these, please leave the download window open, or you can queue them up for Download and let the console sit on the Dashboard. I hope this helps, please let me know. Thanks!
