    I buyed 400 Robux but i didnt recive it


    Hello everyone. I made a purchase of 400 Robux using microsoft store, Yes i have my Roblox acc linked to my Microsoft acc. After buying everthing was going ok, the status was "Finished" and everthing but when i checked my account there was no Robux, i dont have an Xbox or PC but i read the description and it didnt said you need one of these 2 things to recive the Robux. Idk what to do rn im trying to contact Roblox support to see what i can do, while i wait for a reponse im going to let this question here i hope somone helps me. I dont want to just throw 400 robux in the trash because i dont have a Xbox or PC.

    With regards to your question, yes it should be possible for you to use your Microsoft credit or Xbox credit to buy in-game currency such as Robux. Are you trying to buy it in-game?
