I Try to quit the buying process but my xbox lag and by the precommande game of destiny 2 , i dont how i CAN cancel this transaction.

I just deleted my ODST code accidentally

I was deleting my old messages and i was ready to redeem my code until i delete it by accident, i feel frustrated can somebody help me please, ill highly appreciate it thank you

I dont think you will get a refund if the game works .. How can you buy a game by accident?

However, if you would like to keep the purchase you will not be billed for up to 10 days prior to the game's release date.

I would go to the Microsoft support hotline (on the Microsoft support site page) and let them know, they can probably fix the problem before the game ships in September.
