I buy Halo5 in September 18，play it from October 27 to November 28，but now my game is lost，system say need me buy again！

Hi , i have issue with buying game.

I try to buy a game "justdance" for xboxone.

and this is my first time use visa card to buy a Digital version。

Binding credit card succeed,and pay 28+28 Argentine Peso to save setting.

but when i try to buy the game .

Payment failed

I try to buy from my xbox and pc.

all failed

can u help me ?

Grand Theft Auto V on Demand Relaes Date

i believe that GTA V will be released October 18 because if you think about it when Diablo 3 came out it was September 3 and now it is on demand on October 4 so maybe it will be October 18 because it was released on September 17

Try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button for 10 seconds or until the unit powers down completely then wait a couple of minutes and power it back on. Test it and see if that resolved the issue.
