    As you purchased the code from a third-party seller you will have to work with the seller for a refund. No one in the forums will have any information as to when a code was redeemed. For that you will need to request a callback from Support by going to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You would have to contact G2A.com's customer support for assistance in getting a new code. There's no way for you to find out when it was used.
