    Hey Guys, i buy a Xbox one S GOW edition (white 1 Tb ) and the german support say to me ,microsoft send me the Gears of war 1+3+Judgement codes after 1-2 weeks. At this time Microsoft send no codes. what can i do ?

    And the other thing,

    my xbox live gold works to 02.2016 ... i can take the games from the store but i cant play online.In Forza horizon 3 i cant play online with my account ;( have you any idea what can i do ?

    Key GOW 2 already redeemed

    hello,

    I bought the xbox one S GOW 4 Limited Edition, recieved my keys for all GOW but the GOW2 one is already redeemed, so i can't use it :/

    How can i get a new one ?

    Xbox will not accept free GOW backward compatible codes.

    After buying Xbox One S bundle with GOW 4, Tomb Raider and Forza 3. Messages from Microsoft offering 4 free codes for GOW,GOW2,GOW3 and GOW Judgement. Only 2 of the codes have been accepted those being GOW 2 and Judgement.

    Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

    Same here it's been 15 days since I redeemed the code that came with the Limited Edition Console I purchased and I haven't gotten a single code for any of the games yet. I think we should be fairly compensated with an elite gear pack for every day over the
    official release day in which we haven't received our codes.
    I also purchased the LE GoW Console and haven't received my codes. I had already received access to GoW 2 and Judgement, but I think this was because I had previously purchased and played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Either way, I still haven't received
    any codes for the other various GoW games that I was supposed to get with the GoW Xbox One S LE console and it's been several weeks since I first played GoW 4 on my new GoW Xbox One S.

    Gears of War 3 will have a season pass.

    I don't like the idea of paying early. You're banking on the DLC being worth it before it's even released. I have to think if I'd buy all the DLC. I didn't in GoW 2. And the maps I did buy weren't that great.

    Does anyone know if there/s going to be a code for maps when buying new like GoW 2 gave you a classic map-pack?

    I have the same problem...

    I bought GoW4 with Xbox One-S. I received two messages. First one have only code to GoQ1 and they dont work. The second one have codes To GoW3 and Gow Judgement. Code for GoW3 dont work.

    I only can redeem code for GoW Judgement.

    When i try to redeeme code for GoW1, Gow2 and GoW3 i have message

    BTW, support actually wanted me to now go buy GOW 4 Ultimate Edition to get the codes I was supposed to get with GOW Ultimate 2015. What then, wait 10 more months and then buy GOW 5?

    yeah, I bought Xbox one S with GoW4 a month ago, and I still have not got the codes for the Xbox 360 GoW games.

    An official response would be good. Not just a "within a month" reply, because that seems like an excuse.
