    Did you buy the xbox one from a video game store, if not microsoft Day One has been not putting them in other retailers such as Walmart, Target or etc.

    Mystery game ready to install

    My son found a game in the ready to install area & tried to install. It always stops at 99%. I looked at it and the description just says game with no title. If I look at the details in the store it is Titanfall which we did not buy. How did it get there?

    Did you download the content from the in-game store or from the dashboard? On Call of Duty Ghosts you must buy it via the in-game store, if you buy it from the dashboard you will get charged, they tell you this if you are a season
    pass holder.
