Discus and support I buy a movie with is not in my language in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Yesterday I buy me a movie wich is in English (In a German App store).     Rent Movies?

    I have a Xbox 1 and I am trying to rent a movie. When i try to rent a movie i get a notification that says that i can not buy or rent videos right now. The reason it gives me is that i need to be in the region for my xbox profile. After going online and
    trying to change it my profile sets the language to the area that i am in. i do not understand the local language so is there any way i can change my region without changing the language setting?

    Problem with language in movies in Video App for Windows 8

    Hi, I have a problem with the languages that are available for the movies that might be bought or rent from the "Video App for Windows 8". I'm Italian with an Italian account, but I am native German speaking. Therefore I prefer watching videos in German
    or English, but I cannot choose the language for any movies to my preferred one. Every movie is listed with an italian desription and therefore italian language. Is there no possibility to watch the movies in my preferred language? Thank You

    Accidentally purchased a French movie BUT.....

    When I purchased a movie thru the xbox/Microsoft app it was in the French language.

    There is no option for me to change it to English, the subtitles are either off or in French. Within this version of the movie I can't change the audio to my preferred English.

    I don't speak French.

    I've tried deleting the movie of my system and when I try and buy the same one in English, it tells me I already have that movie BUT the one it's referring to is the deleted French movie.

    My questions are......

    1. How do I permanently the French movie?

    2. How do I buy the same movie again in english?

    Buying Xbox One in Germany and use complete English interface/games

    I live in Germany as well and use my XBox One in English language. You just have to switch to an english speaking region like UK. When you want to buy something from the marketplace or watch a movie, you have to change back to german region and german language.
    After the purchase you can change back to english. No problems so far.

    I bought Ryse from Amazon.de and it works fine in english language on my XBox One.
