I buy a gift card and doesn`t give me the rigth money that is supossed to do, how can i fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on this issue trying to get funds added to your Microsoft account through this gift card. I can totally understand how this kind of problem could be pretty frustrating. However, if you did not funds that
were advertised, it would be your responsibility to talk to the vendor that sold it to you. You can always contact
customer support
so that an agent can verify the amount that was on the card that you purchased, however, they would not be able to credit any funds to anyone's account.

What do you mean the "right" amount of money? What card did you buy exactly?

Do you mean you bought a (for example) 50US$ card, and it gave you only 40US$?

Where did you buy the card from? Was it an authorized shop, or was it a key reselling platform like G4A or CDKeys or something like that?

When you go to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ do you see your redemption and purchasing history?

Well, the Problem is that I can´t use a german gift Card Code on an american xbox account.

So I wouldn´t be able to get Money on the xbox account.

Changing the Location on the profile doesn´t help and the Microsoft account already is set to Germany.

I don´t know why but the xbox account still thinks that it is in america...

Arg this is so ea/dice to mess up a game in a update. I wonder how many months it will be before I can play this game again? If it doesn' t freeze at a loading screen it freezes 20 seconds into the game. Why do i keep giving ea money for crap?
