"Make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account. If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else."

If you have seen the error right after you purchased the code, it may mean that you need to reach out to the third-party store where you purchased the code, Betsabe.

There's no way to transfer items/content redeemed on another account. If you redeemed a currency card on the account, you can buy the item as a gift for your other account.

Buy a gift card with the amount that you want to transfer, and then just redeem it from your another account.

In anyway, you may also try contacting Microsoft support.

I think you mean to buy what he wants as a gift for the other account. You can't buy a gift card with funds on the account. That won't work with everything on Live, but it could help.

I have already filled out all the form and the ai recovery says that they can’t prove that it’s me that owns the account. It is ridiculous that there’s nobody that can help me. I call everyday and get the same answers.
