    My prepaid card didn't work.

    Hello!

    I've got problem with my gift code to FIFA 17 (2200 FIFA points), I've bought it and after pasting the code it appears that it is not working (the code was accepted but I didn't get those points).

    I pasted the code on my Microsoft account with is connected with Xbox Life account with is connected with FIFA I buy 2200 fifa point in fifa 17 but I haven't got it. :)

    I hope that you will find out what is caousing the problem and help me.

    I also had this problem, also on October 26th and also the same amount of FIFA points (2200).

    Already contacted EA asking where my FIFA-points were, told me to contact Microsoft., which im going to do soon.

    But i'd getter get my 1600 MSP back or 2200 FIFA-points on FUT 13.

    Thanks in advance I buy 2200 fifa point in fifa 17 but I haven't got it. :)

    I went on Ultimate Team today after a week without being on, I noticed there was 5 gold packs waiting to be opened plus 2200 Fifa Points. I haven't bought any points. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Microsoft Points gone.

    I just want t say that I have the same problem I got 2 FIFA 12 achievements out of nowhere for 15 gamerscore and 2200 MS points are gone probably happened within the last month but just noticed my points are gone tonight when i tried to buy a map pack.

    My download history is showing stuff that I did infact buy but dunno how these points just magically disappeared I bought them with a credit card so they cant expire. Gonna call support tomorrow hope this is resolved or i'll be furious!
