    Hello I Purchased the promotion of fifa where I got fifa 18 and 8,000 fifa points unfortunately I didn’t get the points I got in contact with Microsoft support and I was told to post on this my case number was 1402318329 hopefully someone can help

    fifa 17 points not included with my purchase of the super deluxe edition

    Hey Jamrock -

    When did you purchase your copy of FIFA 17? If it was before October 10, 2016, that bundle did not include 8,000 FIFA points. You can see what was included in the Super Deluxe Edition on >>EA's
    website    <<.

    If it was after October 10, 2016, let us know and we'll do some more troubleshooting. :)

    Did you looked for them at your contents to install at "Games and Apps" ?

    1. 1. While on the Home screen, scroll to the right, and then press the A button on your controller to open My games and apps.
    2. 2. Locate the game, and then press the Menu button.
    3. 3.Select Manage game.

    You can see the FIFA icon next to my avatar. I don't even have a console! I have never played FIFA and I have never used a console, but now I have FIFA achievements in my account and my ms points have vanished. :O
