I think it is critial bug.

To check my play records, you can see my trophy (= challenge).

Please restore my game.

I really want to play this game again.

Hello! I need help with Forza Horizon 3. The game is missing from my library, and I'd like it back. The Microsoft service could not help me, and was advised to contact here. I have a Bank statement on the purchase of the game.

Have you tried to see the settings if you can do some resetting for the game app?

 

Tey rwmoving the account and do a power reset to fix...

 

This is not game app problem.

Windows store app does not show my game.

There is no forza horizon 3 in store library.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I would like to clarify just a few things, is this game owned digitally or did you purchase a hard copy(disc) ? Also, have you checked your order history (if bought digitally) to see if it shows the transaction of the

I checked my order history and my game library many times, but there is nothing.

I paid with XBOX gift card and played, so it "possibly" did now make the transaction.

In addition, I never have XBOX one (or S or X) and only played this in Windows 10. (I never heard about Forza disk for Windows 10)

I also found that Hitman GO and Lara Croft GO were missing.

I think that my account has some problem.

Please recheck my account.

Unfortunately there is no one on Xbox forums that can access or check your account. I recommend contacting Xbox support directly in order to speak with a live agent.

2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

Some games (Like Hitman Go etc) might have been discontinued, I had those as well.

However Forza Horizon 3 should be there still, and if you made the purchase via the store it should show on your account.

If you search the store and look for FH3, if you check each of the versions, an install option should appear for the copy you own.

Failing that, as above you will need to contact support to see if they can find it. Also, make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account on the Store that was used to make the purchase.
