    I have been charged twice for something I haven't bought.

    The charge is for Apex coins, twice at a cost of 7.19 each.

    I bought Apex coins on 20th but didn't receive them. I eventually received them yesterday, after several chats with EA. But on the 21st and again on 24th payments for 7.19 were taken from my paypal account for Apex coins. I only ordered them once.

    Purchase of Game Coins for Apex Legends Not Working

    This happened to me too. I paid $20 for a pack of 2,000 Apex Coins and never got them in game, so I got it refunded. Then I bought it again, and 24 hours late I still don't have my coins.

    EA support has been very useless and Microsoft refuses to do anything about the situation other than MAYBE giving a refund.

    Paying for products and strait up (consistently) not receiving them is definitely a new low for EA and Xbox

    Do you mean you bought Apex Coins on the PC version of Apex, or you used your PC to buy Apex coins for the Xbox version?
    No, i mean, i just bought Apex Coins from Microsoft store and i thought i can use them on Apex Legends PC.
