    I brought Minecraft Xbox 360 version but when im trying to buy the Xbox One version it says the its $20!? I thought it was suppose to be $5?! Can someone please explain what happened!

    I am supposed to get the new version of minecraft for free if I own the Xbox one edition digital, why does it still cost $20 for me?

    Any sort of refund available?

    I recently purchased the new Minecraft game for $20 + tax; however, I heard that it was free if you own the Xbox One edition of Minecraft. I do own the digital version and I heard that it was a glitch at the launch, but I still did pay the $20. I was wondering
    if Microsoft could refund this in any way.

    Hi, that was a limited time offer which has now expired sorry. Unless the game is offered at a discounted price at some time in the future you would need to pay the full cost of the game.

    If you have brought the digital version of Minecraft on Xbox then you should be able to download Minecraft through the Microsoft store as long as you are using the account of which you have brought it on.

    If the friends purchased Minecraft digitally before 20 September 2017 then they had the Xbox One Edition of the game, which has been completely replaced by the Bedrock version of the game.

    Xbox One Edition is still available in physical copy form from major retailers.
