I never requested the refund. I am not sure why it would refund it and now the mistake has lost me months of gold.

"It is not try before you buy" that's just simply a very wrong policy (I know it is not you who decided that).

"And should only be used for honest mistakes" being scammed by EA and DICE is way more than honest mistake, I was the only honest party in this whole situation, and look where it brought me.

Been a gamer for 30+ years, this is my first ever refund request, but this one is so bad, that I will insist as long as it is needed, I have plenty time and MS should care about CSAT and DSAT.
