    It’s a razer hyperspeed headset it comes with a dongle every time I plug it in a try live streaming on the Xbox it’s says there was a problem and to try again later. I know the headset is the problem. So what do I do?

    you can only use officially licensed Xbox headsets or ones that are 100% wired with a 3.5 mm jack

    Bluetooth won't allow for wireless headsets like you think. I have a PS4 which has bluetooth and my wireless headset for it requires the USB dongle with it and a cable that goes from the USB dongle to the optical out port on it. (turtle beach 500p) I have
    a wireless one for my X1 as well (afterglow AG9) and it just has the USB dongle.

    Does a USB Bluetooth dongle work with an Xbox?

    I think only supported bluetooth dongles that are pre paired to a headset might work. sort of like the PDP afterglow AG 9+ headset.

    Hence why PS4 outsells the Xbox one. That's a sorry excuse dude. As PS4 and it's predecessors have proven allowing me to use whatever Bluetooth headset will work does not effect the money that's made off the console. I can use any headset with a 3.5mm Jack
    even if it's not made by Microsoft and that's ok what's the difference.
    No, you can't sync a Bluetooth headset to a PS4. I know, I've tried. The only Bluetooth headsets that will work with a PS4 are the kind that have a Bluetooth dongle.
