I bought Xbox Live Gold for 1PLN and additional 4PLN was charged on my card - why?

Yes, there is auto renewal set up on Xbox Live Gold. But that additional payment was charget at the same time when I bought for the first time the subscription.

Also under the orders there is just that one Xbox Live Gold for 1PLN. I have no idea where that additional 4PLN transaction from Microsoft Store comes from. Where whould I write to in order to ask for clarification?

Hi! Is it possible that you enabled auto-renewal for that subscription? You can manage your subscriptions (and deactivate auto-renewal) here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Thanks for coming to the forums. We suggest requesting a call back and talk with a support agent they will be able to help you figure out what the other charge was for.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
